Staying Alive. And to think, it was the White Sox
that had Disco Demoliton night back in 1979.

The White Sox stayed alive and forced a Game 4 by winning 5-3 over Tampa in game 3. DeWayne Wise walked, stole a base and scored on an A. J. Pierzynski single in the 3rd, then doubled in two runs in the 4th to lead the White Sox. John Danks went 6 2/3, 3 R for the win, with Bobby Jenks going the 9th for the save.

Yankee Fan Club Radio will be going on hiatus for a little while as the Yankee season has ended. As things develop, Ty, Joe, Tony & Co. will air during the offseason. Obviously it’s difficult to talk about things if nothing is being generated. Once the hot stove league heats up, YFCR will be there. Feel free to follow the blog and when something major happens (trade, free agent signing) and YFCR is ready to broadcast, I’ll get the word from Ty and be sure to let you all know.
