AAA: Ian Kennedy went 6, 2 R, 4 H, 2 walks, 9 K, in SWB’s 7-2 win. (5-3 at AAA, 2.60). Steven Jackson (3.38), Phil Coke (3.45) and Scott Patterson (3.20) each went one IP. SWB banged out 20 hits. Nick Green 4 for 4, Melky 3 hits, Chris Stewart 3 hits, inc. a HR.
AA: Trenton off.
A+: Tampa won 5-3. Humberto Sanchez was promoted from GCL to Tampa. Started. One inning again. 1-2-3 with a K. Ivan Nova got the win (8-13, 4.36). Seth Fortenberry HR, 2 RBI. Should we add Sanchez to the previous post on the bullpen? And let’s not forget Anthony Claggett at Trenton.
A: Charleston lost 4-1. Noel Castillo 2 R, 1 ER, in 5 IP (7-8, 3.90). Only 4 hits for the Riverdogs.
