Pinstripe Prospects: The Minor League Report.

AAA: SWB won 5-4 in 11. Justin Christian bases-loaded walk for the GW. He was 0 for 3 but had 2 RBI. Greg Porter had 2 hits. Jeff Marquez started. 3 R, 1 ER in 6 IP. Lowers his ERA to 6.51. David Robertson back on track (See my post of the other day) two scoreless innings (Attaboy!) Traber blew the lead in the 9th, and Strickland got the win with 2 2/3 scoreless.

AA: Trenton won 7-2. Edwar Gonzalez 2 hits, 3 RBI. Carlos Mendoza 3 hits, 3 RBI. Jason Jones 5-0, 2.36. 2 R in 5 IP. Claggett 3 scoreless IP.

A+: Tampa wins 4-2. Aceves 1 R, 1 H, 2 walks, 6 K in 5 1/3. 4-1, 2.48. Melancon 2 1/3, unearned R, 2.70. Sublett 2 hits, Cooper 3-3, RBI.

A: Couldn’t get this result up until I woke up Friday morning. A late ending. Charleston wins 7-6 in 13 innings on Jesus Montero’s HR (5th). Montero was 3 for 6, the HR, 3 RBI (.326, 28 RBI). Braedyn Pruitt, Austin Krum and Brian Baisley had 3 hits apiece. Jason Stephens, in his first start of the season, gave up no runs in 5 IP.
