I’ll be at work, but hoping for good news. With a win today over Boston, the Yanks can clinch the AL East. The champagne is ready, on ice and the corks are hoping to be popped. If not, everything moves to KC.
I didn’t like PSU going into the Iowa game. I wasn’t impressed with the alma mater after three games and my fears were justified last night as PSU lost to Iowa 21-10. After a first play bomb, PSU did nothing offensively and a blocked punt which was run back for a TD doomed them. It is the seventh time in the last eight games between the teams that Iowa has won.

Methinks the Yanks clinch today, Mike.
Honestly, I didn’t have a good feeling about last night’s game once it was 10-5. PSU just did little and let them hang around again. The blocked punt TD was a killer.
