Minors tonight. Molina rehab, and Montero HRs again!

AAA: SWB lost 4-3. Mitre went 5 1/3, 4 R, 3 ER (2-1, 3.26). 2 2/3 scoreless for Melancon (2.70).

The winner for Pawtucket? Clay Buchholz (6-1, 2.05).

Molina went 0-2 with an RBI. Austin Jackson 2 hits (.323) and SB #14.

AA: Jesus Montero hit his 5th HR since his promotion to AA. It’s his fourth in the last three games.  Jason Johnson the loser, 8 runs in 3 2/3 as he tries to rehab. Jorge Vazquez 4 for 5, double, HR and 3 RBI. Montero 2 hits and 2 RBI. Chris Malec 2 hits, solo HR.

A+ :   Tampa swept a DH.

Game 1: 8-3 win. Austin Romine 2 hits, double and solo HR. Between him, Romine and Cervelli, the young catchers look good, and Posada has two years left (how many at C, how many DH?). .292-11-46 for Romine at A+.   Damon Sublett solo HR.

Game 2:  5-2 win. Humberto Sanchez two scoreless IP. Brandon Laird 2 hits, double, HR and 4 rbi.  

A-:  3-0 win for Charleston. Combined 4-hitter, Jose Pirella double, 2 RBI.
